There is a definite feeling that arises with the arrival of spring—sunlight hits differently around our home, the air changes, the mood changes. Days start getting longer. Nature’s sights and sounds awaken and the warmer weather allows us to enjoy all al fresco things!
Springtime is most idyllic to bask in the beauty of the outdoors; especially for us in Peloponnisos. This time of year, the temperatures are just right!
Our balcony spaces and garden became our haven during the pandemic. We also came to learn that being outdoors is essential for our overall well-being. So, we’ve decided to make the best use of our outdoor area and turn it into something a little bit more exceptional!
A bistro set up is underway as we speak! Having saved lots of inspo on my garden board, I easily realised what I’m drawn to and immediately knew where to begin.
I purchased a marble round table similar to this Italian white marble bistro table and I’m still on the look out for the perfect chairs! I really like how this table looks with wicker chairs and I’ve saved these Cream French Rattan Serene and Lily Set and I’m loving these White and Red Armchairs. Another style which I absolutely love is the Bentwood Chair. It elevates the entire style. Eyeing these Art Nouveau chairs and this one as well! There is also this complete Bentwood Bistro Set which would look fantastic in any space! Such a timeless set!
Although I’d like to get it done asap, I’m being a bit selective. I guess I want to get the whole bistro feel right! I look forward to those tranquil moments of the day where I get to unwind and just be. There is nothing more satisfying than having a space that fuels the soul and that’s what I hope to create!
