There are many reason why I love fall—crisp mornings, sweater weather, comfort food, the changing colors of the leaves, warm beverages….there is so much I can say!

My favourite….fall inspires me to get back to my habit of reading—even for just a few minutes before bed.

I look foward to that moment after a long day when I get to curl up with a cosy blanket and get complete lost in a good book! Shorter days and chillier weather really sets the tone!

My interests range from captivating memoirs to historical fiction to thrillers that keep me on the edge of my seat! Nothing gives me more pleasure than going into a library or a book shop and let all those shelves capture my attention!

I wanted to share some of my favourite fall reads—and please let me know your favourites as well in the comments so I can add them to the list!

Kristin Hannah ” The Great Alone“—absolutely loved this book! A must read! &    “The Nightingale

Donna Tartt “The Goldfinch“—page-turner & “The Secret History“—compelling, dramatic….unlike anything else I’ve ever read

Delia Owens “Where the Crawdads Sing“—this book for me is in my top 10….read this one before the movie comes out!

Jane Harper ” The Dry

Tara Westover “Educated“—hard to believe that its a memoir….couldn’t put it down!

Most of these books have been translated into many languages, so anyone reading this, check them out!

I’m always on the look out for my next read. Currently reading “The Silent Patient” by Alex Michaelidis—I’ll let you guys know!

Happy Reading!
